Seriously, if you see that there's a long line of cabs and the driver has waited long for a fare, just give him say 50MOP/HKD in advance and tell him no change. Everybody's happy. Still faster and cheaper than going to the main ferry terminal on the peninsula, and the cabbie get about the same money for a fare to one of the Cotai hotels.
