I'm flying DUB-ATL-MSN tomorrow morning. Just heard that customs pre-clearance for flights to ATL may not be in operation for off-peak travel months, which includes late October. Anyone know if this is true? I've not done pre-clearance before, but it sounds quite convenient. I'd be interested in hearing about any experiences.
