Bangkok Flight Services charges 500 Baht more for the cart for a distance that an average person can cover in about 5 or 10 minutes, so their 850 B walking service makes more sense unless you are disabled.
Save the extra money.
I used BFS services last year; didn't pay extra for the cart, but the woman picked me up at the gate with a cart!
