Great to hear that - assuming wait times will be shorter compared with the regular phone line.

Do you happen to know the opening hours for the F phone line? Are those dedicated F agents (who may have received some special training) or just standard agents? Can the agents do anything a regular agent canīt / isnīt allowed to?
