I would also avoid making payments to the same address if you can. It's also possible that using the same computer/IP was the cause of closure even though it has not been a problem for me yet, so no harm in avoiding that too.
Thanks for the suggestion. That's what I was thinking of doing. I'll report back on how it goes.
Well, I'm traveling this weekend, so I'll have several IP addresses at my disposal. I'll swap in my work address... hopefully it works. Min spend will be a huge PITA/impossible without AP, and I'm running low on points.
