Happened to my wife's Discover card this month because she still had maiden name listed on AP card details (her name on AP is her married name). Edited card details to update name and immediately the card was available in drop down. So make sure the name in card details matches the name in AP. And of course, even if the name in card details doesn't match the actual name on card, the transaction will most likely go through
