Not that they actually quote the price anywhere on the site.
Bangkok Flight Services charges 500 Baht more for the cart for a distance that an average person can cover in about 5 or 10 minutes, so their 850 B walking service makes more sense unless you are disabled.
Keep in mind racing to immigration so you can then wait 30 minutes plus 10 minutes more for getting there early for luggage is not a great investment.
I get passes by flying in J on Cathay Pacific and priority baggage but even then it can take 15 minutes after I get to the luggage carousel for the actual luggage.
Save the extra money.
