I have often remarked about how wonderful the beds were at the Marriott's and preferable to saying home. Confirmed by a friend, who has found the same comfort at Marriott's, but didn't make the connection to the more newer mattresses at the Marriott's compared to the usual over worn home beds, that so many people have.
Even the Manager agreed at Beijing, that it was time to renovate!

There have been hotels, that were demoted as Marriott's in a timely manner after the surveys confirmed the complaints received.

Now I can't wait to get home with the best of all Latex Mattress.
No more low back pain and no t need for Acupuncture or adjustments. ^
That is absolutely not true. The length of the survey all depends on your answers. No hotel company is going to set their hotels up for failure. They value all the feedback that guests give, and the length of the survey has nothing to do with how well the hotel is doing in the system.
