My niece and nephew's family plan is on TMobile. I've considered writing them a checking for $240 for one more SIM on their plan with the promises of prompt reimbursement for any calls made and no domestic usage.
Are you going to use that SIM at least once every one or two months in the US? Otherwise, my understanding is that the plan would not apply because you have to have a majority of the usage in the US.
