We do provide support for Mac/Linux users to the extent it is [technically] possible and also liaise with Wine/CrossOver developers when they are willing to fix bugs in their products. However, we have no way of forcing them to do so.

Indeed, using Parallels Desktop/VMWare Fusion/VirtualBox for Mac is the only way to ensure 100% compatibility. Neither dual boot, nor Windows 7 are required for this.
