BOS-DFW is AA flight, AA metal.
DFW-SFO and SFO-LAX are BA flights, AA metal.

Everything else is BA flights, BA metal.

Can I check one bag of 32 kg on the AA metal flights with my Silver benefits?
The extra weight allowance for OW Sapphire is on BA flights only. So it is 2x23kg in your case. Unless your ticket says otherwise.
