Old name airport codes: TGD

As it's the weekend, and as an alternative to the usual kvetch about lounge food, airplane cleaning... :- ) I wondered if anyone knows any other airport codes that originate from a city's previous name. Just noticed that my Podgorica luggage label says TGD, revealing its history as Titograd. Off the top of my head, there's:

LED: St Petersburg - Leningrad
BOM: Mumbai - Bombay
MAA: Chennai - Madras
CCU: Kolkata - Calcutta
PEK: Beijing - Peking*
RGN: Yangon - Rangoon*

*I'm not sure that Beijing changed it's name. I have been told it was more that the practice of translating names moved to a new standard. There's also RGN, but many people refuse to use Yangon and both names are used.

Are there others?
