Hi,

Just last Friday, requested for a late check-out since my flight was departing only at 11pm.
Was informed at first that I would need to pay 1/2 day room rate, which I was OK with.
During check out at 7pm, was in the end not charged anything even when double checking. Was impressed.

Am just HHonors Gold.
