Healthy meal options?
Hi all,
I am on this flight next week and am wondering about healthy meal options. I'm looking to avoid wheat, red meat and excess sodium.
I've never tried any of the special meals in J, and wondered if this might be the way to go. Any suggestions or recent experience? Also looking for SYD/YVR suggestions for the return.
Also, anyone know if there are raw veggies available for mid-flight snack options?
