I had the fortune of being on both UA797 (JFK-LAX) and UA912 (LAX-JFK) yesterday, October 26th. Neither flight had operative gogo service. For what it's worth, these flights were not the same aircraft (N502UA and N510UA respectively).

Is this a known issue with gogo that I overlooked?
