If I may slightly nuance this, this "coach" (bus?) service doesn't much operate from 5C (ok, not at all in fact), but from 5B it certainly does. And SFO indeed often comes into 5B.

The new Fast Track at T3 Flight Connections inwards does not always operate at that time in the morning when there can be relatively few people connecting. There may only be a few people in the queue.
