A year-long lease to a BMW? Wow...

Iīd definitely welcome a new status level for members spending 30-40 nights each year. Comp. breakfast would be nice assuming itīs a full breakfast (similar to Hyatt Diamond where one gets full breakfast incl. in-room dining) and not some continental breakfast.

Complimentary airport transfer would be nice as well, would save me $100 per stay.

To be honest I donīt even need a huge amount of new benefits (at least with the current status qualification requirements) - I just want the benefits back we received three years ago, namely the ability the earn additional suite upgrade certs as a Platinum member for stays during the low season. Alternatively, FPC could introduce threshold gifts, e.g. one additional suite upgrade cert after 20/30/40/etc. nights.
I agree: Thanks Jarusoba for posting the details!

A one year lease on a BMW? Even a low end 1 series would be $300 a month, right? This seems beyond generous, unless BMW has determined that the Fairmont Elite crowd is an untapped consumer of their vehicles...

I am a 10 - 15 stay per year FPC Plat qualifier
I have the Fairmont Visa
I have 75,000 accumulated points that I have not determined how to use (to be honest, I have not looked that hard in to this. I need to learn more.)
Some of my Gold floor, suite upgrade, and room upgrade certificates expired this year without me using them. (Lesson learned: I should just use them sooner, even on one or two night stays.)

Regarding new benefits:
Complimentary Breakfast - would be of interest on leisure stays. I think I would prefer more flexibility - Spa/Dining certs that could be applied when I would like to use them.
10% Spa discount - If we're going to do a spa/massage, we'll do it. 10% discount does not seem like much of an incentive.
Complimentary airport transfer - would be nice for some stays (1 of 5), but I usually have a rental car.
*How about complimentary transfer or free valet parking? That would be valuable to me.
Complimentary daily shoeshine - Have this on the Gold Floor now, right?
Complimentary yearlong lease to a BMW car - again, would have to see this to believe it.
Invite one other person to matching status - Zero interest

I enjoy Fairmont hotels and the elite program, and from my perspective agree that the biggest drawback is the lack of hotel coverage in the places that I travel.

Just FYI in 2013:
Just requalified for Hilton Diamond
Will finish above gold, but not quite Plat with Marriott (last year in this same situation, they gave me Plat)
Hyatt Plat with the credit card - not one stay in 2013, I think I will give up this card at next renewal
Will finish the year with 12 Fairmont stays, 20something nights (not including complimentary nights/stays)
