There is a fast track security channel at T3 flight connections. It's relatively new and is the lane farthest right

Also relatively new - the flight connections coach makes intermediate stops at T5B and T5C on its way to T3. As the SFO usually disembarks at T5B or T5C this will save you having to back track to T5A.
