Today I received an email from customer services of "cheapflightsnow' ,
It appears they sent me an email, according to them, that day, however I did not receive it until 30 hours after I completed the purchase forms in their website, 6 hours after I had contacted my credit card for cancellation.
Apparently they have a problem with overseas addresses and overseas credit cards, there are more forms to fill in, which are sent with the email. Perhaps there was a delay somewhere between them and me, it happens, and am prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. As I fly regularly I will check their website next time.
Incidently the address on the email is San Deigo, California.
