I tend to keep track, particularily if I have a positive experience. My last call to the 1K Desk this week was to change an award ticket. The gentleman I spoke to was wonderful: said he treats everyone "like a Global" and as of Monday he'll have worked for United 39 years!!

I wrote a nice letter to 1K Voice. He was in Detroit!
