- We were in an RBC room on the 9th (top) floor. The room was as we've come to expect a Westin room to be. We booked a regular room (using points), then a week before arrival, I received the option to upgrade to RBC for $90/night. Given breakfast would have cost us $50/day (though there is a continental breakfast option for $17/person), this made sense and I'm glad we did it.
