I know that Chase will deduct UR points earned during a purchase or UR Mall purchase after a refund, but what happens if those points are redeemed or transferred before the refund points post? I made a purchase from Staples at the end of last statement but had to refund the item. I requested the refund before statement close, but the refund now being credited back at the beginning of the new statement. I already got points last statement. I imagine the points will be deducted when this current statement closes, but what would happen if I transfer all my points to my United MP account before then?
