Hi, I booked a return fare for two from Phnom Penh to Brisbane using Amex. Received no ticket, receipt or acknowledgement after 24 hours from Cheapfaresnow even though I sent a further email to their "contact us" address asking for confirmation.
I cancelled the payment as I feel that any reputable company would reply within that timeframe.
