Didn't realise you could do that in that way, however that's very different from what you previously stated with regard to having to accept the nomination! It's rejecting the nomination! In other words, once a nomination is made, as I noted previously, the fine is reissued to the nominee and they are responsible for it, unless they contest it. I would assume that similar provisions apply in all states.
