Does anyone know if you can use the $200 airline credit up within the first month or two and not have that effect your reimbursement? I know that they can tell you have used your credit (an agent was able to quote me dates) - but I want to make sure that if I use the airline credit they won't take it out of my prorated amount.
Does anybody have any info about this? I recall reading warnings against doing this about a year ago, but I don't think they were based on data points.
