While I haven't used it, based on how it is set up, I would imagine calls to the US *may* be okay quality if it can go through (still not very likely), but I would bet any calls that are for foreign countries would have extremely high latency as all data is routed through T-Mo US servers first before going to their final destination, and therefore completely unusable
