As an AA EXP, I actually prefer BA NF for privacy and general cabin feel/ambience, and AA NF for cabin size, seat comfort and personal space. Service on BA is generally better and more professional, and the wine is superior as well. As for food, it's really no contest - AA wins out every time (the beef is actually quite delicious!). And the T3 F lounge is not bad at all, if lacking when it comes to catering. Very quiet during the day. I would go with the AA option.
