Hi FTers!

First time poster looking for help.

I was recently status-matched to TK, and am attempting to update my contact information so that I can receive my Elite card for the star-alliance benefits. However, the "city" pulldown only lists major cities. Any suggestions on a workaround to get the card?

TK twitter team and customer service have been unresponsive.

I'm hoping that printing out my statement will be sufficient, but it doesn't have a star alliance gold symbol on it.
