Do I call up and threaten to cancel, do I cancel and immediately pick up another one, do I wait a certain amount of time after I cancel? Did you review the wiki in the 50,000 citi hilton visa thread? And the linked post in the wiki? Did you actually review posts in that thread, if you go the last page a person has posted their step by step process for 10 churns in two years (other posts provide similar detail).
