Now the real benefit I have had with EF has been seat alerts, when the only seat available at booking was a far back middle coach seat. Getting the alert msg, and getting out of a middle seat, is real value for me. For this, I'll stay a subscriber to EF.
The free version of EF allows seat alerts.
