I fully agree. The value in finding upgradeable flights diminished greatly ever since FCM came along. Most everything I looked at was zeroed out well before my window. At least that was my experience since early 2012, but if you subscribed just for the upgrade info, I do understand your feeling.

Now the real benefit I have had with EF has been seat alerts, when the only seat available at booking was a far back middle coach seat. Getting the alert msg, and getting out of a middle seat, is real value for me. For this, I'll stay a subscriber to EF.
