The t&c says that they can discontinue providing information, it doesn't say that they won't give you a refund, if requested. I'm feeling pretty good right now for only having signed up for the monthly premium subscription and just not renewing it at the end of the month. I feel for you guys that subscribe on an annual basis for this information and are stuck with an unusable service.
I suppose it's unusable if the only thing you use EF for is info on medallion upgrades but it's still worthwhile for other things. Whether its worth keeping the subscription instead of asking for a refund is another matter. I haven't written in to DL on this yet but given the responses to date, I'm not sure if it's worth the time and effort.
