Hate to give you bad news. You will earn 500 base miles (banked miles) but only 217 PQM (Premier Qualifying Miles) which count towards elite status.

PQM is all that matter for elite status and these are never 500 mile minimums. They are only actual miles flown plus any bonuses for class of service. Since you are flying 'S' class there is only 100% PQM for the miles flown. You will earn 500 base miles plus 25% bonus on the 500 base miles.
