Had a recent stay that was alright, several small issues added up to be more than an annoyance just due to how many there were, however there was no terms/agreement/warning that my personal information would be forwarded with the survey. I didn't state anything beyond what happened, which was nothing altogether terrible, and wouldn't really care if there was a follow up call. However more of a curiosity than anything else to find if hotels or corporate actually pay attention to these surveys and what various FTers experiences are with these.
What surveys are those???
Every time I complete a stay at most Marriott hotels, they send me a thank you email, asking me to rate them nicely
should I happen to get a survey. Yet, after way more than 50 Marriott program stays, I can't remember ever getting such a survey more than maybe once or twice.
Some
other hotel programs send me a survey for just about every stay I do (even after repeated stays at the same hotel, they'll send me repeated surveys about the same hotel!), but
Marriott seems to hardly ever send me a survey.
I thus would be amazed if you actually get a survey after this stay (just because of my statistics).
