I have booked 2 x BA holidays this year in CE so benefited from a very nice 10000 avios. Indeed much to my amazement, the ones for my recent trip posted a day after the outbound flight whilst I was still on holiday.

The BA holidays are great value for money, allowing you to secure a flight and hotel paying a deposit of either £150. £300 or £450 with the balance 10 weeks before departure.. just like the good old days of booking at the travel agent.

There are some great bargains around especially when there is a sale on as well so yes, whilst its a bit of a let down, its still a few extra avios, saving money and allowing you to spead the cost of your holiday.
