Valveking, now I will have to try Paradis, because all the other places you shared are some of our favorites (especially love George's at lunch), but I have not been to Paradis yet. Glad you made it in time for the great weather, it's been a little cooler this week.
Kage, I'll post a few pics below to try and show the beach set-up better. As you walk down the ramps in the map you posted, The Pearl has leased set-up space just in front of the ramp and to the left (if looking directly at the water). Their chairs/umbrellas are easy to spot as they are all black and white. There was a staff member down with the chairs (sitting solo in the pic below); he got us set up with water and towels, but we didn't ask for anything more since we were only down a few hours and we had heard lunch service wouldn't be up and running on the beach until Spring 2014. (That said, the mark of a very service-oriented hotel would be to find a way, so if requested I'm not sure what the response would be...)
I'm also not sure who does the leasing, and/or why all the rented beach chairs in this county are the wooden variety. Just as Valveking wrote, there is no reason to spend time at the pool because the water is gorgeous. There have been a few rogue trips when the water was dirty and full of seaweed, and one week/trip in September 2012 when the beaches were over-run with biting flies because of a wind shift, but otherwise it can be easy to forget you are state-side given the blue-green water. The only reason we ended up at the pool that afternoon was because I'm rehabbing an old injury and it is helpful to have the lie-flat option of the pool chairs versus the beach ones.
The pool lounge bar upstairs is open to the public, but the pool and chairs downstairs are behind a fence/gate with signage that they are for guest-use only. It was a quiet day when we were there, but it could get pretty lively on game days as there is a projector upstairs. Also, there is no beach view from the pool given the courtyard around it.
The ramp in the map is just behind the black/white umbrellas:
Those two pics were taken later in the week when we were in a different rental in Rosemary. We just stayed one night at The Pearl to check it out while we were down. Occupancy was up later as shown, because when we were there on a Sunday, chairs were empty.
