Update:
My wife and I are currently on a transcon and eating our salads. They were both served before the Y food cart started rolling down the aisle and the salads included a small bottle of water. They were both super fresh and must have been prepared right before the flight.

The 'Antipasto Entrée of Smoked Salmon and Grilled Herb Chicken" was the winner! The chicken was tasty and the salmon was passable for airline food. The cheese,fruit and nuts were perfect My wife wrapped the prosciutto around the bread stick and said it was really good.

The "Greek Entrée Salad with Rosemary Grilled Shrimp" was mostly chopped salad with too many onions. There were 4 average sized shrimp and some cheese along with the olives. If you are hungry it will not fill you up and I wasn't too impressed by the shrimp.

They were both served with bread sticks, and a Godiva truffle.

By the way, I ordered a 1/2 bottle of Meiomi Pinot Noir from CA and it wasn't that bad for a wine offered for onboard purchase. Ordering a 1/2 bottle for $14.99 coupled with the 20% DL credit card discount is a pretty good deal. ^
