No, I never stay in BW hotels. Ever. Premier or not.
As for tourists, the BW breakfast buffet is hit hard everyday by Chinese and Korean tourists. They are severely understaffed, don't have a way of 'holding back' people when it's full, and can't communicate with one another to confirm if a guest is supposed to have a free buffet or pay. Having said that, their register is never staffed so I guess nobody pays?
Regardless of the breakfast experience, this is one BW I'd return to. I'd just skip the paid breakfast rate next time and go to a cafe instead.
And, thanks for the recommendation. ^
