I have searched everywhere for an answer to this and haven't been able to find one.

I am flying with Brussels Airlines next month. Combined with some travel with United in December, this should push me up into Gold.

I am trying to work out how many miles the Brussels Airlines flight is worth.

I am entitled to 100% PQM - but what does this mean? According to mileage calculator it is worth only 217 miles. However, Brussels told me they award 500 miles for the flight, and United told me that 100% PQM means they will give me those miles on a "1-for-1" basis.

So, will I get 217 PQMs or 500 PQMs. 217 won't push me over into Gold.
