I have some spare time this morning, so
  • I made one change to your itinerary (DFW-HNL-SYD instead of DFW-OGG-SYD as per Wandering Fred's point)
  • plugged it all in to the online tool
  • it priced up at GBP5,724 plus taxes and surcharges of GBP1057.65 (which includes GBP700 of fuel surcharges )
  • I got right through to the screen for entering credit card details

So I think if you correct your itinerary you should be able to purchase it using the tool
Failing that, AY flies to the UK so you should be able to purchase it through one of its offices
