It's peak season, and while I don't have the exact number there is a pretty limited amount of park villas. At most it's 15 to 20 (Edit: I looked at the property map in the Wiki, there are 16 Park Villas). So I would taper the paranoia.

By way of reference, if you read the Conrad Maldives thread, the property has 36 base level beach villas, and there are significant periods of time where all 36 are booked with points.

I would not bank on them opening up. Instead if you are set on this place, rearrange your travel plans based on what you can book right now
