FS Park Lane or Ritz (London)

Judging the rooms and service only (not the tea service at the ritz), which would you choose?

Looking at a deluxe king room...both have free breakfast and the ritz is coming out to be about 275 gbp cheaper.

I like that the FS is newly renovated with the early arrival lounge...the ritz doesn't have a lounge or spa to freshen up.

most of the reviews of the ritz are about the tea which focus on the dress code (not sure if regular hotel guests need to adhere to that too...or if there is a separate entrance for guests that wear jeans).

Both properties are central location. Both properties have a rolls royce...although i don't know if the ritz's rolls is complimentary for close by drives.

Anything super special about one or the other? Will the Ritz charge me for everything (almost a nickel/diming)? Most FS have not been that way.

Any suggestions/ideas/trip reviews/comparisons are welcome.
