I will be flying home from PHX during the upcoming Christmas season, and according to Star Alliance I can use the U.S. Air lounge at Sky Harbor Airport. I called the lounge, and I was told by the person who answered that I couldn't use the lounge even though I told her I was a J class passenger flying to an international destination, i.e. Toronto. I then quoted what it said on the star alliance website that such a passenger was allowed access to the U.S. Air first class lounge. She then reversed herself and said that I could use the lounge. I hate receiving contradictory information, and I was wondering if anyone here has had experience in PHX and the U.S. Air lounge.
