Not sure how all these ILS categories apply but they were talking here yesterday about some of the smaller planes (these could be anything from float-planes that depart from the Fraser River to the smaller regional aircraft) in particular having cancelled flights because while they had the minimums necessary for take-off they couldn't meet the minimums for landing if they had to return to YVR for some reason.

Looks like quite a few delays and cancellations this morning so far.
Pretty thick layer here north of DT Seattle. Visibility is less than 200 feet right now. We saw the sun for about an hour here yesterday. That was it's first appearance here since about last Thursday afternoon. Not heard much overhead (we are near the first approach marker for BFI) so I'm thinking that the tower has shifted those flights to an approach from the south or they are diverting there as well.
