Call them immediately after you apply. You wouldn't want them approving it and missing out on the bonus that ends this month. Just be polite.

I would take this advice.
I applied for the personal and business plus 10/16 and got the pending review emails. Called today for both and had to answer a bunch of questions for the business line but it went smoothly and took 20 minutes. I found out I was initially denied for the personal when I called that line, they said it was because I applied for both on the same day. From everything I've read on here I thought that was a normal process??
Either way, both were approved and I'm on my way to the CP in 2014!
