Now that is what an article about a "near miss" should be.

Interesting that it appears a TCAS maneuver was provided to one aircraft but not the other.

Hearing and properly reading back instructions, and then taking the wrong action - by all 4 pilots - is hard to fathom.

EDIT: Note at the end indicates the BA flight did receive a TCAS notification and didn't report it. Makes we wonder what the future is for these pilots.
