It happened yesterday. A customer booked me for the first three weeks of December. The spg site came it with a "save 30%" price, 40% hight than the old BTT . Ok, Hot Escapes works only from Wednesday to Saturday (why?), so I waited until today. No success, same price.

Sheraton is unable to offer a competitive price for reasons I don't know and I don't want to know. All I know is that I had to book somewhere else.

As a platinum member, I enjoy every stay at Sheraton. But a 40% price hike beats my loyalty. Sorry.
