Do I just call customer service and make the conversion? or is there a specific way to do it to make sure I get the 40K bonus.

I assume that my current UR points balance will roll forward? Correct?

Also I currently have the low end SW card. Any reason to keep this card when I get the SP? Obviously I will wait until my annual fee comes up to see if I can negotiate something. The only reason I can see keeping it is the 4 free drinks I get annually and the 3,000 annual SW points. These 2 items cancel out the $69 annual fee.
Most likely won't get the bonus for converting to the CSP. But you never know as they might give you an offer. Call first.

As for your WN card, putting spend on it would be pointless since the CSP points multiplier are higher. If you want to keep it for the perks, I would prefer the higher end WN card. the 6000 pts a year is already worth more than the AF. I value WN at 1.5 CPP so 6000 pts = $90, and you get more perks with the higher end WN card.

If you don't mind doing that, I personally think it's nice to combo an airline/hotel card with the CSP. CSP for the points, the airline/hotel card for the perks. A good amount of people do that on here (understatement of the year, lol).
