Personally, I love the atmosphere of the Park Hyatt but the Grand Hyatt has a special place in my heart. It is nearly a year since I visited, so things might have changed. We received fantastic service there; the club lounge has well-chosen food and drink, and in our experience the pool is less busy.
I appreciate that, thank you.
I'm not a 'foodie' and don't think I've ever asked a concierge at any hotel anywhere in the world for a restauarant recommendation whenever I've travelled but I do enjoy the atmosphere that lounges can offer.
