I have a mixed opinion of Trip Advisor reviews. There are lots of things people find "ok/acceptable" that I would never tolerate. Yelp! had some pretty bad recent reviews. And yes, some of those reviewers bring their own bias and baggage - I fully accept that.

I know I can't be overly picky when I am trying to get bargain basement pricing, but I really don't feel the Ohana West is equal to the nearby Courtyard from everything I've read. YMMV, of course.
